let me tell you a little about the history of my company and how it came to be. SCP Electrical Services originally started in 1986 after I had completed my training at Basingstoke College of Technology. I was fed up with seeing the poor quality of work on sites that I attended and on occasion some jobs that I was given by my previous employer. So, immediately after qualifying I worked for 4 years as a company electrician with a building and maintenance company gaining experience with them in all sectors of the business and putting my good practices and skills to use.

In 1986 I decided that I wanted to put my good practices and experience to use for myself and started my own business - SCP Electrical Services. From day one my company has been built up on good service, goodwill and my ability to do what I say I'm going to do and of course excellent pricing.

I use the latest equipment to test and certify all installations, guaranteeing quality and assurance for the end user. At SCP I pride myself on being open minded with new technology and enjoy assisting in future-proofing new developments.

With the experience that I have in both the commercial and domestic environments I have seen many changes and trends some of the technology that has been commonplace in the large commercial sites is now becoming a requirement of the prestigious home.
